The service is very good, but the only thing that I really don't like is the fees!!!! What I don't like is how the fees are NOT FIXED!!!! Also the customer doesn't know how much the fees are gonna cost after you make the transaction. So for instance, if I was to buy $20 worth of bitcoin, then I don't know how much is going to be taken out of the $20 for the fees, because it's NOT a fixed amount for the fees. So that's the only problem. You guys have to have a fixed rate for the fees, so the buyer can include the amount of the fees, then the recipient will get the entire amount of money that's sent to them.
