Wisconsin Refund Policy
GetCoins will issue a full refund—including fees—upon request if a customer reports a fraudulent transaction to both GetCoins and a government agency (local law enforcement, the Wisconsin Department of Justice, or the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions) within 30 days.
GetCoins provides refunds (less fees) in the following cases:

When a customer has cancelled a transaction before it has been completed, and the virtual currency purchased has not been delivered.

When a customer is unable to provide required identity information or verification, sufficient to allow completion of the transaction.
Administrative fee: In cases where a customer is unable to provide required identity information or verification, sufficient to allow completion of the transaction (i.e. 2., above), a refund will be provided, but a 5% administrative fee will be assessed.
Other Fees/Charges: For those that do not provide required identity information or verification, sufficient to allow completion of the transaction (i.e. 2., above), and, GetCoins is unable to provide a refund because we do not have the right information, or any information, to mail a check, there is a monthly charge of the greater of 10% or $75 per month until there is a $0 balance or the customer provides the needed information to receive a check in the mail.
