Missouri Refund Policy

Missouri — effective September 30, 2026

RIGHT TO REFUND (RSMo § 361.987)

Transactions may be delayed because you have failed to provide required information or documents, because of suspected fraud or the suspicion of financial exploitation or exploitation of an elderly person, or due to legal holds over which we have no control. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. If GetCoins has not sent your virtual currency, or given instructions committing an equivalent amount to your designated wallet, within ten (10) days of the date of your transaction, you may request a refund in writing. GetCoins will refund all money received for transmission within ten (10) days of receiving your request, unless the transaction was not completed because GetCoins has a reasonable belief or a reasonable basis to believe that a crime or violation of law, rule, or regulation has occurred, is occurring, or may occur, or unless otherwise ordered by law.

GetCoins may cancel a transaction that it has not completed. If GetCoins cancels a transaction before the virtual currency is sent, you may request a refund as described above.

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to the email or mailing address below. Your request must include your name, your address or phone number, and enough information to identify the transaction (for example, a copy of your receipt, or the transaction ID, date, and kiosk location):
